Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive freshers for the Pre-Sales Executive role. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and coordinating product demos for our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns

• Engage with prospects to understand basic needs and pain points

• Schedule and coordinate product demos for the sales/technical team

• Update CRM with prospect details and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead-gen activities

• Nurture leads through effective communication

• Track and report demo scheduling and lead activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Freshers with strong communication skills

• Good understanding of technology and interest in SaaS products

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

Nice to Have

• Interest or internship experience in SaaS / logistics / supply chain

• Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or lead-generation tools

  • Lead Management:
    Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, social media, and email. Nurture prospects until conversion.

  • Content Creation:
    Write short posts, blogs, and updates for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

  • Social Media Marketing:
    Assist in planning and scheduling regular posts, tracking engagement, and improving organic reach.

  • Video Editing & Reels Creation:
    Edit short videos, reels, and YouTube content using simple tools (Canva, BigVu, YT Create, or Filmora).

  • Digital Marketing Support:
    Support online campaigns, collect leads from ad responses, and maintain CRM data.

  • Community Engagement:
    Interact with members of The Sales Gurukul community groups, ensuring active participation and positive engagement.
