Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Refund Policy

Payments made for online courses, coaching programs, live workshops, webinars, digital products, eBooks and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access may be provided to proprietary educational content, intellectual property, digital resources, coaching time or limited-capacity learning experiences.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of immediately accessible digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

This may include eBooks, AI prompt guides, worksheets, templates, downloadable guides and other digital resources.

Online Courses & Programs

Course and program purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Refunds will not normally be provided because of change of mind, failure to participate, failure to complete a program or failure to achieve a desired personal, professional or business outcome.

Live Coaching & Workshops

Registrations for live coaching sessions, workshops and other scheduled learning experiences are generally non-refundable.

Where applicable, a participant may request to move a scheduled session to another available date by providing at least 72 hours' notice.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of a scheduled session may not be accommodated and remain subject to availability.

Missed Sessions & No-Shows

Missed coaching sessions, workshops, webinars or other live events are generally not eligible for a refund.

Where a recording or alternative learning resource is available, it may be provided at the discretion of The Sales Gurukul.

Exceptional Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: You have been charged more than once for the same product or service.
• Persistent Technical Access Issue: A technical problem prevents you from accessing a purchased digital product or program and reasonable efforts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.
• Cancellation by The Sales Gurukul: A scheduled program or live session is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative date, replacement or reasonable alternative is offered.

Refunds Are Not Based on Results

The Sales Gurukul does not guarantee specific sales, income, revenue, leads, clients, conversions, business growth, career advancement or other professional or commercial outcomes.

A request for a refund based solely on not achieving a particular result, income level, sales target or business outcome will generally not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the exceptional circumstances described above, please contact us with your purchase or order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the applicable terms of this policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Changes to This Policy

The Sales Gurukul reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
