At The Sales Gurukul, we are committed to providing high-quality sales training programs, coaching, and digital resources. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value and ensure that every participant gains practical, actionable knowledge. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be considered.

1. General Policy

• All payments made for online courses, webinars, live coaching sessions, or digital products are non-refundable.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are gaining access to proprietary training content, intellectual property, and limited-capacity programs which cannot be reversed once delivered.

2. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same product or service.

• Technical Issues – If you face persistent technical issues preventing access to the course (and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days).

• Program Cancellation by The Sales Gurukul – If a scheduled program or live session is canceled by us without offering an alternative date or replacement.

In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. No Refund Policy for Digital Access

• Once digital course content, eBooks, or resources are accessed/downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.

• Similarly, missed live sessions or webinars are not eligible for refunds, though recordings may be provided where applicable.

4. Cancellation of Services

• Registrations for live coaching sessions may be transferred to another date if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• No cancellations or reschedules will be accepted within 72 hours of a scheduled session.
