1. Digital Products & Online Courses

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials via email within 24 hours.

• Course content, eBooks, and digital downloads will be delivered electronically through our learning portal, email, or a secure download link.

• If you do not receive your login details or materials within the stipulated time, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately.

2. Live Coaching Sessions & Webinars

• Registrations for live sessions will be confirmed via email after payment.

• You will receive session details (date, time, and access link) at least 24 hours before the session.

• Reminders may also be sent via email or WhatsApp.

3. Physical Shipments (if applicable)

While most of our offerings are digital, if we provide physical materials (books, workbooks, or merchandise):

• Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary based on location, typically 7–10 business days within India.
